Six focused Saturdays in Beckenham. Higher maths and English Literature, taught in a group of just six by a specialist who has helped over 1,000 local children.
Two subjects. Taught in depth.
Every Saturday covers both subjects, with a short break in between. Small enough that no child can hide at the back.

Any Shakespeare. Any modern text.
Schools set different texts, so we do not teach to one play or one novel. We teach the exam method, then apply it to your child’s own set texts.
The poetry anthology is the taught core. The skills of close reading, comparison and writing about language, form and structure transfer across every cluster, so this is taught directly to the whole group.
Shakespeare and the modern text run off a reusable framework. Your child brings the set texts their school is studying. We teach the method, the theme tracking, the character work and the essay planning, and they apply it to their own play and novel.
Marking does the rest. Written work is marked with the same rigour as our GCSE writing service, so the feedback is specific to your child’s texts and grades.
At booking we ask which exam board, which poetry cluster, which Shakespeare and which modern text your child studies, so we can group sensibly and prepare the right materials.
Structured, focused, never overwhelming.

Common questions, before you book.
Who is this for?
Current Year 10 students heading into Year 11 in September, who want to go into their exam year ahead rather than catching up.
Is the maths Higher or Foundation?
The focus is Higher tier topics, suited to students targeting the upper grades. If you are unsure which tier your child is on, message us and we will help you decide.
My child’s school studies a different Shakespeare. Does that matter?
No. We teach a method that works on any set play and any modern text. Your child brings their own texts and applies the method to them, with marking specific to their work.
What should my child bring?
Their school set texts for English Literature, a pen and a notepad. All other materials and workbooks are provided.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes. Klarna and Pay-in-3 are available at checkout. We also welcome Tax-Free Childcare, childcare vouchers, card and bank transfer.
What if my child misses a Saturday?
Let us know as early as you can. We cannot refund individual sessions, but we will provide catch-up notes and the week’s materials.
