Congratulations! Your child have successfully completed their primary school education, and now secondary school beckons.
It’s a mix of excitement and feeling a bit daunted at the prospect of being one of the youngest in school again. For many, going into a new environment where there are no familiar faces can be exciting, and for some it can be a little scary. But one thing that you can definitely help your child with is ensuring that they start the academic year the right way.
Geek School Tutoring’s Introduction to Secondary Course has been created to help children revise and learn the core curriculum that most of their peers will forget during all the fun that the summer holidays provides.
Students will cover the core curriculum in English, maths and science (biology, chemistry and physics). This will give students a head start for the academic year and help with placement into higher sets when they start secondary school.
