If your child is aiming for Year 7 entry in September 2027, their 11 Plus exams will be in autumn 2026. Children who are currently in Year 4 or early Year 5 have the ideal window to begin structured preparation building strong foundations now, and intensifying in the year ahead.

Children aiming for September 2027 secondary school entry will sit their 11 Plus examinations in September, October and November 2026. If your child is currently in Year 4, they have approximately 18 months of preparation time which is exactly the right amount to build genuine, lasting ability across all four subjects rather than surface-level cramming. If they are in early Year 5, the time is shorter but absolutely sufficient if preparation begins now.
