Free 11+ Assessment

11 Plus Maths Dictionary (for GL, CEM, ISEB and other independent school entrance exams)

At Geek School Tutoring, we usually undertake a friendly and informal assessment at one of our venues. The assessment takes place at our Catford Venue and lasts for one hour – free of charge. Having the assessment onsite will give us the chance to meet with you and your child and make sure we are all happy. The assessment also helps me with lesson planning for your child’s lessons, as it captures your child’s strengths and weaknesses.

Our lessons are either in small groups with up to four children or one to one.

11 Plus Tuition During School Holidays

While we do encourage a break during the school holidays, I run 11 Plus intensive courses in April and August. These workshops are to help children work on their exam technique and strengthen their 11 Plus knowledge.

I have created an 11 Plus system that works! This comes from tutoring many children for the 11+ (for almost a decade). During this time, I have helped children pass their selective school exams (the 11 Plus) and independent school entrance exams. Over the years, I have compiled a large number of 11 Plus materials. Therefore, our students go into the exam confident and very well prepared.

Weekly 11 Plus Homework Without Stress

Based on years of experience, I always try to find the right balance of 11 Plus homework our students are set. As a result, our students get enough work to keep them motivated and progressing, but not so much that they feel stressed out.

All our 11+ lessons at Geek School Tutoring are tailored to the individual needs of each child. This tailoring of lessons helps our students to quickly build the skills they need to pass their 11+ exams well – and gain confidence.

Thankfully, I have personal experience of taking the 11+. Interestingly, many, many years ago, I also sat the 11 Plus exams myself. Therefore, I understand what preparing for the 11 Plus is like from my students’ perspective. Happily, I passed my exams with flying colours, and attended an independent school from age 11 to 18).

I know the content of the ever-changing 11+ exams very well and prepare students thoroughly.
